In years 1996-1999 the agency realized two investments in housing building in the city of Poznań:

- Umińskiego 12 Street, Wilda - 33 premises (finished in 1998)

- Grochowe Łąki 7 Street, Stare Miasto - 65 premises (finished in 1999).

During the realization there are two more investments:

Rogoźno Wlkp – housing building - 16 premises.

Zbąszynek,in lubuskie province – housing estate - 230 premises.
