“Talarczyk i Scheller Nieruchomości" company operates on the basis of an exclusivity agreement and the multiple listing service (mls) REAL NET.
Our sale and rental offers, listed in this service, are available for each agency operating in the framework of REAL NET network. The database created in this way is verified and updated every day.
At present, over 200 agents from 50 real estate agencies in Wielkopolskie and Gorzowskie Voivodship, operating in the service under the name of Poznańskie Konsorcjum Agencji Nieruchomości “REAL NET Sp. z o.o.,” have access to the offers submitted by our office.
Following these rules, in the office of “Talarczyk i Scheller Nieruchomości", a customer can become acquainted with the complete offer of all the agencies in the service.
“Talarczyk i Scheller Nieruchomości" is a co-owner and active member of the REAL NET network, which operates on the basis of agency agreements including an exclusion clause.
Through the conclusion of the agency agreement including an exclusion clause, our company is obliged to undertake the following actions:
:: carry out an inspection of the property
:: prepare the photographic documentation
:: check the legal status of the property
:: complete the documentation of the property based on the submitted documents
:: offer complete legal and organisational services concerning the conclusion of the transaction
:: invest own funds in the advertisement, including:
- submitting offers in the multiple listing service REAL NET
- submitting offers on the Internet website of the company

- submitting offers in the industry monthly magazine “Coś ciekawego”
- displaying offers in the shop window of the main office of the company located
in the centre of the city
- placing the company’s banner with the information on sale/rental directly on the
property
- placing advertisements in local newspapers
The rules of accepting offers in "Talarczyk i Scheller Nieruchomości":
:: we only accept offers with the exclusion clause
:: we conclude agency agreements concerning sale/rental transactions with the owner (the owner’s proxy) or the future buyer/tenant of the property free of charge
:: we conclude agency agreements, depending on the object of transaction, for the period from 3 months to 1 year.
:: the following documents are indispensable for submitting sale/rental offers:
- identification document
- copy of the document on the basis of which the property was purchased
- copy of the document confirming the ownership of the property (co-operative
ownership rights to the property): the extract from the Land and Mortgage
Register or the allotment (decision) from the housing co-operative
- in addition, for houses under construction and plots: the extract from the Land
Register, a statement of the purpose of the land in the land development plan,
planning permission, a building diary and others
:: the remuneration for agency services amounts to 3% (+22% VAT) of the value of the transaction in the case of sale/purchase and the monthly rent (+22% VAT) in the case of rental. In case of two joint transactions, we offer reductions in the remuneration for the second agency service. The commission is paid after the conclusion of the transaction.
“Talarczyk i Scheller Nieruchomości" has agreements with banks and credit advisors concluded on the basis of which our Clients have easy access to a wide range of credit facilities.
