By signing the Realtoring agreement with exclusivity clause, our company is obliged to:

• see the property
• prepare full photo and description documentation
• check the legal status of the property collect full documentation of the property
• provide a full legal and organizational service related to the transaction
• invest its own assets in advertising by:
  • upload a listing in the electronic database nieruchomista.pl
  • publish an advertisement on our website talarczyk.com.pl publish an advertisement on the website nieruchomista.pl publish an advertisement in the monthly “Coś Ciekawego” magazine
  • put up the listing in the exhibition window of our office located right in the city centre.
  • put up a billboard on the property informing about the rent/sale (after the owner consented)
  • advertise the listing in local newspapers.
