Customer's Rights Chart was created to regulate the rules of cooperation between the customer and the real estate agents, which significantly improves the quality of realtoring service.

The contents of the Chart are legally reserved and only the companies certified by the Polish Federation of Real Estate Market have the right to give out the information about its obtainment .

The chart regulates the obligations of real estate agencies towards the customers signing the agreement.

Those obligations are:

• putting every effort to understand the needs of the customer
• rightfully fulfilling the obligations which are stated in the agreement.
• possessing the knowledge on the real estate market and its trends in relation to the provided service
• providing an appropriate advertising and advertising the listing within the multiple listing systems
• enhancing the professional qualifications of the realtor
• The Customer has a right to a satisfactory information on the realtor responsible for providing the service as well as the extent of his liability and all the plenipotencies given to the persons by the company at which these persons work.
• The Customer has a right to demand an invoice for the service provided, resulting from the realtoring agreement.
