All of our listings are about real estate properties, on which we have signed with the buying/leasing owner a realtoring agreement with an exclusivity agreement. Basing on that agreement, we provide the services of realtoring to the customer who pays the commission. We take extra care when fulfilling the obligations of the agreement, and most importantly fulfilling our philosophy of cooperation with the customer, always giving a full attention to every chance to finalize the transaction. One of these chances is making a property interesting and attractive to those clients, who are not interested in realtor's services. If you choose a listing by yourself and do not expect any of our range of services - you will not pay any commission.

By providing the realtoring services on behalf of the Seller/Lessor we represent only his interests.

Each Buyer, as well as each Seller can always order one particular service - when this happens, the price is individually negotiated with the Customer.
