The owners of “Talarczyk i Scheller Nieruchomości" are the members and founders of the The Wielkopolska Association of Real Estate Agents, The Poznan Consortium of Real Estate Agency- “REAL NET”, and are also members of The Polish Real Estate Federation, the Wielkopolska Association of Real Estate Experts, the Polish Association of Real Estate Counsellors, and they perform a wide range of functions in the professional life of agents on the Poznań as well as on the Polish market.

Aleksander Scheller was a co-founder and the first President of the Board of Directors of Real Net (1996-1998), for two terms President of the Board of Directors of the Wielkopolskie Stowarzyszenie Pośredników w Obrocie Nieruchomościami (2002-2006), and a member of the Professional Liability Board set up by the Ministry of Infrastructure (2002-2005). In 2004-2006, he performed the function of a member of the Board of Directors of The Polish Real Estate Federation, and since April 2006 has been the President of The Polish Real Estate Federation. Also decorated with a Gold Medal by the Wielkopolskie Stowarzyszenie Pośredników w Obrocie Nieruchomościami.

Danuta Talarczyk-Scheller was President of the Board of Directors of the WSPON in 2000-2002, in 2004-2008 she was a Vice-President of the Board of Directors of REAL NET and since 2009 has been a President of the Board of Directors of REAL NET. Since 2005, she has also been a member of The Governmental Qualifications Board. Also decorated with a Gold Medal by the Wielkopolskie Stowarzyszenie Pośredników w Obrocie Nieruchomościami and decorated with a Gold Medal by the Polska Federacja Rynku Nieruchomości;

The owners of the company co-operate with the Academy of Economics in Poznań, giving academic lectures and organizing students’ internships.

The company also organizes professional practices for the real estate agents and for the property appraiser.
