We accept only the listing with exclusivity clause.
- The realtoring agreement is signed for free with the owner or with the potential buyer/tenant when completing the transaction.
- The realtoring agreement is signed for the period from 3 months up to 1 year.
The basic commission for realtoring is 3% (+22% VAT) of the transaction value in the case of sale, and a month-worth rent (+22% VAT) in the case of lease. When dealing with two related transactions, the second commission will be discounted. The commission is paid after finalizing the transaction.

The documents that are necessary for completing the transaction:
- National ID card Copy of a document confirming the purchase of the property
- Document confirming the ownership of the property (the communal ownership right to the property): abstract from the land registry or the allocation decision from the housing council.
- In the case of land lots and houses in construction – graphic and text abstract from the land registry, a document confirming the designation of the lot for building under the local development plan, construction permit, construction journal and other.
